Operational Manager of Sustaination (PT Lingkar Hijau Indonesia)

40 hrs / week, Full Time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in operational management, warehouse, and e-commerce business
  • Familiar with e-commerce channels, including web store and marketplace
  • Any major is welcome 
  • Able work under pressure, face paced environment and multitasking
  • Honest, have good responsibility, and eager to learn
  • Excellent in use of microsoft office, especially excel
  • Familiar with data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques, with the capability to be very hands on in detailed operations when required
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Excellent work and time management
  • Ability to take initiative and work constructively and cooperatively in a small team environment  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and experience building and maintaining positive working relationship

  • Strong in stakeholder management both internally & externally, as well as the ability to liaise with diverse personalities and backgrounds
  • Based in Depok is preferred, able to work 40 hours per week, remote working but willing to be at the warehouse 2-3 days / week

Job Description:

  • Managing and evaluating the current retail channels and making performance’s report by the end of the month
  • Ensuring exceptional end to end customer experience & customer service from landing on the site, through to product delivery
  • Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in maximising operational cost, sales performance, inventory life cycle and customer services
  • Understand the investigation and resolution process of inventory discrepancies
  • Resolve a wide range of issues from daily processes to capital improvements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Monitoring and estimating the supplies/stock needed for the whole month of sales
  • Examine and maintain the levels of supplies to determine shortages.
  • Scheduling and making purchase order for supply restock
  • QC and stock opname for all products, not limited to but including the physical stock in consignment store
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on inventory operations, stock level and adjustment, including consignment products
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory, including retail, consignment and wholesale purchasing
  • Monitoring and document daily deliveries to update inventory, especially for consignment and wholesale purchasing
