Social Media Officer & Content Creator

Position Overview

As a Social Media Officer & Content Creator, you will:

  • Develop content strategies and establish a strong brand presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to effectively reach our target market.
  • Research social media trends and incorporate them into sustainability and eco-friendly living content.
  • Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content in collaboration with the visual team.
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing Team to support new product launches.
  • Partner with external collaborators for social media activations and campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess the success of posts and campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly updates and comprehensive monthly social media reports

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Commitment:
    • This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours may apply based on workload).
    • Deadline for applications: 31 December 2024.
  • Location:
    • Preferably based in Depok or willing to travel to our home-based office in Depok, West Java, as needed.
    • Remote work capability is also required.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Social media and tech-savvy, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
    • Comfortable appearing on camera, with a creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to develop comprehensive plans and strategies.
    • Skilled in working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating within a small team.
    • Familiarity with planning tools and the Google ecosystem.
    • Competent in basic graphic design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
    • Capable of simple video editing using software like InShot, CapCut, or similar tools.
